Large Pottery Party – $300 rental fee

• Covers studio fees for up to 24 painters.
• Reserves our extended party area for 2 hours.
• Dedicated staff members to run your party start to finish.
• Note: Large Parties are available at our normal party time slots (12pm, 3pm, 6pm) on Mondays through Fridays.

Additional Pricing

• The individual pottery pieces themselves.
• 15% gratuity to the staff members hosting your party (rental fee + pottery).
• Sales tax on the rental fee and pottery.

Details

• You can come up to 20 mins early to set up.
• You are welcome to bring decorations, pizza, cake, treats, etc.
• All pottery is chosen and paid for the day of the party.
• If you would like to pre-order a certain piece, give us a two week head’s up. 
• Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up 7-12 days after the party.
• Large parties require a minimum of 16 guests. If 16 guests do not attend, we will require 16 items to be painted.
• We do not have extra room for non-painters (e.g., parents of kids attending a party). Please plan accordingly!

Terms and Conditions

• The rental fee is non-refundable unless party is canceled at least 7 days prior to event.
• Discounts, coupons, or specials do not apply to parties.
• We cannot accommodate more than 24 painters for this type of booking.
• The party host is required to pick up all the party’s pieces when they are ready.
• We cannot split the tab. We can provide an itemized receipt.
