Large Group Pottery Party

$300 Reservation Fee

Your reservation fee secures your party and includes:

• Studio fees for 16 – 24 painters
• Reserved party area for 2 hours, which is non-private seating in the back of the studio with space for food and drinks
• A dedicated staff member to host your party from start to finish
• Note: Large Parties are available Mondays through Fridays at 10:30am, 1:30pm, or 5:30pm

Day-of Party Total

In addition to the reservation fee, your final total, paid on the day of your party, will include:

• The pottery pieces each guest selects
• 15% gratuity for your party host (applied to pottery + reservation fee)
• Sales tax

Party Details

• You can come up to 15 mins early to set up.
• You are welcome to bring decorations, pizza, cake, treats, etc.
• Pottery is chosen and paid for the day of the party.
• Want specific items? Let us know at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Minimum of 8 painters required. If fewer attend, 8 items must still be painted.
• Maximum of 12 painters in the party area.
• We do not have extra room for non-painters (including parents), so please plan accordingly!

Terms and Conditions

• The rental fee is non-refundable unless party is canceled at least 7 days prior to event.
• Discounts, coupons, or specials do not apply to parties.
• We cannot accommodate more than 24 painters for this type of booking.
• One payment per party. We are unable to split the tab, but we can provide an itemized receipt.
• The party host is responsible for picking up all finished pieces.
